We have a team of flooring estimators who cover our service areas and are always available to offer you the best help, advice and service. Depending on your requirements, you can place your order either with a flooring estimator, online or by phone. We also have a showroom in Warrington if you want to come and see us.

1. We Will Come to You
Book a FREE home visit and we’ll bring our full showroom experience directly to your home. During the visit, we’ll walk you through all product options, explain every payment option available, offer a price match, and take accurate measurements. There’s absolutely no obligation, just friendly expert guidance to help you choose the perfect product.

2. We Will Book Your Order
When we have received your order and payment has been made, we can then introduce you to a trusted
independent fitter who will arrange installation on a date that suits you. We will also confirm the details of the service level you have chosen. -
3. The Fitting/Delivery Day
The fitting contractor will call you on your chosen fitting date and give you a timeslot when they will be with you. Your new flooring will be installed promptly and professionally.
