How Our Home Visit Service Works
Price Match
We know that price is important, everyone wants to be sure that they have got the best deal. So that’s why we are now proud to offer our price match offer. We will match any quote or price like for like, provided to us in writing. You can submit a price match form online, or you can show your local rep another quote during a home visit. You can read the full terms and conditions and submit a price match request on our website.
Free Underlay, Grippers and Door Bars
We give free underlay, door bars and grippers with every carpet order. We believe that no fitting should require extras or additional purchases. We keep things simple and include everything you need with every order, so you never have to pay more.
Choice of Delivery or Fitting Date
There is no need to fit in with our schedule for delivery or fitting. You tell us when is best for you, and our independent fitters will come to you on that day. You will never be allocated a slot without a conversion first. Our delivery and fitting dates are all-day slots, but your driver or fitter will call you on the morning of your selected day to let you know what time they will be with you.
Furniture Moving and Install Service
Sit back and relax – we’ll take care of supplying your perfect flooring, and the independent fitter we introduce you to can help with furniture moves and old flooring uplift (charges may apply, agreed directly with your fitter).
We can also introduce you to an independent installer for bed assembly, so you don’t have to worry about setting it up yourself (additional charges apply).
