We will match any quote or price like for like, provided to us in writing. You can submit a price match form online, or you can show your local rep another quote during a home visit. We give free underlay, door bars and grippers with every carpet order. We believe that no fitting should require extras or additional purchases. We keep things simple and include everything you need with every order, so you never have to pay more.

There is no need to fit in with our schedule for delivery or fitting. You tell us when is best for you, and we will come to you on that day. You will never be allocated a slot without a conversion first. Our delivery and fitting dates are all-day slots, but your driver or fitter will call you on the morning of your selected day to let you know what time they will be with you.

That’s why we’re happy to move any furniture that you may ask us to or take up your old flooring.
