Incredible experience using Lazy Carpets, Steph was super friendly and informative. I was a bit back and forth with some decisions but she was extremely patient and helpful.

Great service from Steph so helpful and no pressure !! I picked half laminate and carpet on my stairs and landing. Phil and Pete fitted today omg I’m so happy with it. They never stopped all day they. Even cleaned and hoovered after their self !! Highly recommended.

Great service by Steph at Lazy Carpets, booked in my home visit, lots of options and info, great prices, and excellent customer service, very friendly and no pressure which I’ve encounter from some of the other “main” Carpet and flooring suppliers! All booked in within weeks for fitting, would have been quicker but I needed longer, if want a price check them out; I’ll be going back for sure!! Bedrooms next!!

Fantastic service all round
Steph called round with numerous samples and went through everything clearly.There was no hard sell just a very helpful explanation of what the job would entail.
A week later Phil arrived promptly and delivered a great job. Everything was finished to a high standard and a very reasonable price.

Right from the get go Steph was amazing from when she come round to measure up the living room and answered every thing I had to ask.

The fitters were constantly in contact with me letting me know when they would arrive and and rang me to let them know they would be little late due to heavy traffic on motorway, once they arrived the were very professional and very well mannered.

Fast and efficient in putting the underlay and carpet down.
