1. We Will Come to You
Book a FREE home visit or place an order online. If we come to you, we will bring all our samples and catalogues and go through all our product options. We can also help you with finance, price match and measuring.

2. We Will Book Your Order
When we have received your order and payment has been made, we will book your fitting or delivery. Our office will call to arrange a date that works for you and confirm the details of the service level you have chosen.

3. The Fitting/Delivery Day
Our delivery or fitting team will call you on your chosen date and give you a timeslot when they will be with you. Our team will arrive and install your new floor promptly and professionally.

You can book a free, no-obligation home visit with Lazy Carpets at any time. You can call us, fill in our contact form, send us an email or reach out to us on social media. When you leave your details, one of our friendly, expert sales reps will give you a call back to book in a date and time that works for you.
During your home visit, you will be able to see samples of all of our products and ask any questions you have about how we work, our service and aftercare. We will measure your home to make sure your chosen products fit and give you exact prices. You’ll also be able to use our price match option if you have other quotes and be guided through the application for finance if you chose to use this.
